How to Send Product in for Repair...

Packaging
Box your unit securely, (use bubble wrap, crushed paper etc.) sending only the unit. Do NOT send accessory items such as dust caps, carrying case, eyepieces, mounts, etc.

What to Include

Be sure and send a filled in copy of our Service Order form.
Make sure all of your contact information is there (phone #’s, email address)

If your Swarovski product was not sold through one of our Canadian dealers please include $50 S&H fee for binoculars, spotting scopes and rangefinders or $100 S&H fee for all riflescopes not bought in Canada. Make the cheque or money order payable to Canadian Outdoor Distributing.

We will assess your repair and forward it to Swarovski’s Factory repair center in Austria or Rhode Island, USA. We will cover all Freight and or Brokerage charges to send your product outside Canada and return your product to you via regular ground shipping. If Swarovski deems your repair to be non-warranty they will give us a cost estimate before any work is done. We will contact you with this estimate for your approval.

We recommend that you send your unit to us by way of Canadian Post or Insured Courier of your choice. It should be sent to:
